SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

We specialize in 3D lenticular anime stickers. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, due to the nature of lenticular printing and device screen settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or motion effect will be 100% accurate.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully; due to our fast processing times, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been placed.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are based in Kochi, Kerala, and ship across India. All delivery times provided are estimates only. Sugoi Merch is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 5 - NO RETURNS POLICY

As stated in our Refund Policy, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sugoimerxh@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence so we can evaluate the issue.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including images of 3D stickers, logos, and text, is owned by Sugoi Merch or our licensors. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or sell any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
