Refund policy

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products, Sugoi Merch does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues (Defective or Incorrect Items) We stand by the quality of our 3D lenticular stickers. While we do not accept standard returns, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If there is an issue, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

To report an issue:

  1. Email us at sugoimerxh@gmail.com

  2. Include your Order Number in the subject line.

  3. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

Once we evaluate the issue, we will make it right by sending a replacement at no additional cost to you, or by issuing a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds (For Damaged/Incorrect Items Only) If a refund is approved for a damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind after the product has shipped.

  • Errors made by the customer during application (e.g., placing the sticker incorrectly or damaging it during use).

  • Sale items or promotional freebies.
